Your Path to the Right Hire

A Process Built on
Fit, Not Just Availability

ISA's matching process goes deeper than a resume screen. We align time zones, culture, language, and working style — so your new hire is productive from day one.

Initial Consultation

We start with a focused conversation about your firm — the role you need to fill, the tools your team uses, and the working style that makes someone successful in your environment. No long intake forms. We ask the right questions.

Candidate Matching

Our team surfaces pre-vetted candidates from Latin America who match your timezone, language requirements, and professional background. Every candidate has been interviewed, skills-assessed, and cleared for English proficiency. You receive a curated shortlist — typically three to five profiles.

Interviews & Selection

You interview your shortlist directly. No intermediaries, no guesswork. You get to assess fit yourself — and we stay available to help calibrate or expand the search if needed. Most clients select a candidate within one round.

Onboarding & Integration

Once you've chosen your hire, ISA handles the employment infrastructure — compliance, payroll, and benefits on our end. Your new team member starts on a schedule you set, with onboarding support from ISA to ensure a smooth ramp.

Ongoing Support

We stay in the picture. Regular check-ins during the first 90 days confirm performance is tracking. And if anything changes — role evolution, team fit, business needs — ISA is your first call. Month-to-month contracts mean you're never locked in. Our no-cost replacement guarantee means you're never stuck.

Built-In Guarantees

Every Engagement Comes Protected

We don't just make a match and move on. These commitments are baked into every ISA engagement — not offered as an upsell.

No-Cost Replacement

If a placement doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we find your replacement at no additional charge. No questions asked, no fees owed.

Month-to-Month Contracts

No multi-year lock-ins, no cancellation penalties. Your business needs change — your staffing agreement should flex with you. Stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.

Same Time Zone, Always

Every ISA candidate is based in Latin America, working your hours. Real-time collaboration. Live calls without scheduling gymnastics. No 12-hour lag on critical tasks.

Common Questions

What Firms Want to Know First

How strong is the English proficiency of ISA candidates?

All ISA candidates are screened for professional-level English — written and verbal. We assess written communication samples, conduct recorded interviews in English, and only advance candidates who can operate independently in an English-speaking environment. The majority of our talent pool holds university degrees and has prior experience working with US or Canadian firms.

Who is the legal employer — my firm or ISA?

ISA is the employer of record. We handle local labor law compliance, payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions in the candidate's country of residence. Your firm receives the output — not the overhead. This structure keeps your engagement clean, compliant, and free of the administrative complexity that comes with direct foreign employment.

How do you protect our firm's data and client confidentiality?

Data security protocols are established during onboarding and customized to your firm's requirements. ISA candidates sign confidentiality agreements before placement. We routinely support engagements in law firms, financial practices, and insurance companies — industries where data handling and client confidentiality are non-negotiable. You can also require your firm's own NDA and security policies as part of the onboarding package.

What are the actual working hour overlaps?

Latin American time zones range from UTC-5 (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador) to UTC-3 (Argentina, Brazil). For US firms on Eastern time, that's 0 to 2 hours of offset — essentially full-day overlap. For Central or Mountain time firms, overlap is even tighter. We match candidates specifically to your firm's working hours, not just region, so your new hire is online when your team is online.

How long does the matching process typically take?

From initial consultation to shortlist delivery: typically 5 to 10 business days. From shortlist to offer accepted: depends on your internal interview process, but most clients move within one to two weeks. Total time from first conversation to day one: typically three to four weeks. We move at your pace — if you need to go faster, we can.

What if the hire isn't the right fit after placement?

Our no-cost replacement guarantee covers the first 90 days. If the match isn't working — for any reason — ISA begins a new search at no charge. We treat every replacement with the same rigor as the original search. Our 94% retention rate reflects how rarely this happens, but the guarantee exists precisely so you don't have to worry about the 6%.

What industries and roles does ISA specialize in?

ISA focuses on professional services: law firms (paralegals, intake managers, case managers, legal assistants), accounting and finance practices (bookkeepers, staff accountants, controllers), insurance companies (policy support, account managers, admin), and construction and engineering firms (project coordinators, back-office support). We do not place general call center agents or entry-level data entry staff — our candidates are career professionals.
